As a Canadian, I am embarrassed as to how country's leadership will look in the eyes of the international community.

What a joke

This guy will be welcomed and treated like a rock star on the world stage...you sound like many other reformers, old, bitter and irrelevant.

Change is not always good, especially when it's just for changes sake.

You're obviously a Liberal, dyed red dreamer. He doesn't have a strong presence or command of audiences, he's not a great speaker, doesn't have any qualities that make him a great statesman and I doubt his party will do anything special under his leadership. There will be nothing "rock star" worthy from him and he will never take a place in the history books beside the other great leaders in world history.

This government will bring the same crap as before with added wasteful spending, higher deficits and tax hikes. Basically, run a deficit to keep the country running status quo and let any deep meaningful change be a future governments problem.

I have NEVER voted Liberal in my life.

However, Harper did allow the current real estate bubble and it will bring us all down, just don't blame the Liberals as it happens.

Ontario's economy is buying and selling highly inflated real estate to each other and it will not end well.

Can you explain exactly how and for what reason Harper managed this manipulation of the housing market? Did they not take steps to limit mortgages for the express purpose of trying to stop speculation in the housing market? Obviously you are more knowledgeable so please share the wisdom.

This was a difficult choice for me this time around. I have been a Conservative voter for a long time but I did not really care for the candidate this time around. The guy who in my mind should have been elected was a Liberal (never voted for them ever) however I simply could not stand their leader and now our Prime Minister. A rock star indeed and about as bright as most of them.

Prediction? At least four years of pure hell.

They had nothing to do with electro motive diesel shutting down...that decision was made years ago...I hope LE grange is doing well.

I have rebuilt more than 500 emd loco's.... 30 years ago.

And these young whipper snappers on here think I am a foolish old man...

Just don't blame justin for the coming correction in the highly inflated real estate business....don't be the Greater Fool.....

Highly inflated real estate market? Where exactly? If there are some local bubbles it's mostly caused by supply and demand. The federal government isn't allowing the banks to write stupidly over-valued mortgages like what was happening in the US before the 2008 crash.

Huh? Your gibberish makes no sense. Housing pricing around here has always been stable and expected so I really have no clue what you're talking about and apparently you don't either.
