never been to carlisle
Hi
I'm fairly new with corvettes. I never been to Carlisle. What is the best way of paying. I have seen reserve for $150 on the fun field and also $75 which is not reserved. What is the best way in doing things.
We have booked at the hotel 6 in Carlisle so we can be close to everything plus I really don't know to many people. We did go to Wasaga Beach last year and it was great. Met a lot of nice people and had a great time. Any info will help out being new
Thanks

A huge fair ground with more Vettes than you'll ever see in one place. By the end of the weekend you might be even sick of seeing them. Every Vette owner should do Carlisle at some point. And then it's up to you how often you go. Some here go every year; others go every couple of years or so. If you go once, you will want to go back...

Hi Everyone, just a reminder that time is running out to book the rooms at the contract rate.
Cut-off Date: The “cut-off date” for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. local time at Hotel on July 26 2016.

If your time is tight then Friday and Saturday are probably the best 2 days to be there.
Saturday night is a parade of corvettes through downtown...worth going to.
Sunday is a waste of time. Lot of vendors leave late Saturday or early Sunday.
We head for home early Sunday morning.

Anyone headed down with an empty passenger seat that wants to split a fun field pass? Thinking of heading down and then making a vacation of it in the area but may only go to the show on Saturday and leave the Vette with Diane.
