Carlisle 2016 is in the books! Rebecca and I had a great time. My wallet will need some time to recover though!
Thanks to Bruce and Scube and ***** for getting the group down and back again. I apologize for getting lost in Buffalo

Great time guys. Hopefully, I will wake up in time next year, otherwise will have to live up to the new nickname (thank you Mr. C) again...
Thanks Bruce, Scube and WW for all the arrangements and leading the group down and back. Liked how you bookended the drive with the twin yellows.
Till next year...

That car is done, beyond tire damage and paint, that smoke smell will never get out of that car.
But he got a set of tires!

The last thing anyone thinks off when doing these burnouts is the damage they "might" inflict on their cars. No one starts off saying, yeah let's damage my car by doing burnouts. I love doing burnouts.

Melting Slicks
To each his own, but wouldn't waste a moment of this otherwise great weekend around the burnout competition.
It IS abusive ...and pointless. Burning money, just plain wasteful. Stupid fun for some, I guess...
Reminds me of ****-fighting, throwing lawn darts in the air.
or for those who remember the episode, a version of "the Simpsons Gene" game where the Simpsons men put pots on their head and ram each other....
If you're going to inflict damage to your car, build a 24 hours of LeMons car and take it racing

The tires were last year. This year they gave a plaque for winning, posting an interview on their website and free pass to next year's event...unless i misheard the announcer.

i guess he did it because he can, may be it is just his old beater, prob got a Porsche for a dd and Lamo in his garage for special events, to each their own. why would anyone waste money on a Seadoo doing dumb azz donuts on the water wasting gas and buying the machine, or get in the boat and waste gas.

Looks like a lot of fun! What wheels on the yellow C5 ragtop "Sick Vet"? Look sick! Lol
