While I don't know of any personally, here is a site that lists shops that do repairs to classic/vintage audio equipment. Just set your location to Ontario and voila.

I know a couple of guys who used Radio Hospital in Hamilton and were happy with the results. This was a number of years ago.

I subscribe to Old Autos newspaper. There are tons of ads for parts/rebuilding.
When I get the next one I'll see if there any companies doing repairs on radios.
