Hehe. In '99 when I got my '65 it ran a 454 (a '73 COPO engine) with the Muncie 4 spd. Used lots of gas going back and forth to Windsor, and ran like crap too. Now it's much more suited to longer drives with its Edelbrock 350 crate engine and Tremec 5 speed.

Yep another Windsorite. I grew up in South Windsor, Centennial High and University of Windsor. Worked at the Chrysler van plant as a temporary part time to pay my way through school. Windsor was a great place to learn how to find deals.

I replaced my buzzy Muncie with a Keisler Tremec TKO 600 a few years ago. Love the trans but you should talk to me about the experience of getting it in/out 5x and still not quite right.
