Default CorvetteForum - Canadian Section - Gathering - Spring 2002

I was just going through some old stuff in the archive, and I found this pic (see below). This was the first get-together I attended after signing up for the Forum and buying my '74 vert earlier that year. These guys were foundational members of the Canadian section, and pretty much ran this place back in the early-to-mid 2000's. But, as far as I can tell, they're all gone now, for one reason or another.

Any of you guys still around? Wayne? Greg? Flavio? Guy with beard? Mike? Dwayne?

Lots of memories there.

Mark, how are you? You're right most have moved on. Flavio is the President of the Automotive Mfgs Parts Assoc., Dwayne is running the fam steel fabricating business, Wayne retired and still has his C3, not sure what Mike is up to these days but he has a Corbra (Factory Five I think) the tall guy was a computer programmer at that time now running a large tech co. I still have the 72, had a few other toys over the years but like you kept the C3. There were a few years in there that I may have put on only a handful of miles on the C3.
Great to see that you kept the 74. The blue C7 that you bought looks incredible, drove a '15 a number of times last summer, great car!

Hey Greg - Great to hear from you! All is well here, and hope it is with you also. Maybe we, and some of the other "old guys", can catch up sometime this coming convertible season once some events start to get organized.

Hey Greg.
Cobra was gone a few years ago. I just sold my C7 last week to get something with back seats for the kids. Ended up with a 15 Mustang GT Vert.

Car looks great Mark. That is the colour I had on order before I bought mine. I was going with the chrome rims though.
