Going for a Drive towards Minden on Sunday
Going for a drive to Minden area on Sunday, weather permitting. Meet me at the Esso station on Elgin Mills, east of the 404 by 10am if anyone wants to tag along. If you're in the east end, you can meet us along the way.
Elgin Mills and York Durham Line
Myrtle Road and Hwy 12.
We will be driving past Haugens BBQ too. Safe spot to pull in and wait for us.
This is a drive. I have no destination in mind for buttertarts or lunch or anything else, but that's not saying we can't stop somewhere along the way.
I want to test out a couple of roads in that area.

Should only take us 15-20 minutes to get to YD Line Al. I ain't doing no seniors cruise. 
Seriously. Shouldn't take us more than 20 minutes to get there. As long as we don't get stuck behind bozos driving like Miss Daisy.

Stan and all, I will try to meet up with you at Norland. Only word of caution is the two passing areas north of Norland on 35 seem to be a new home for the OPP. Just watch your speed in both of them.

That's perfect Murray. I'll be coming along Monick Rd to Hwy 35. But just to let you know, I was only planning on going as far north as 118, cut over to 11 and maybe stop at webers for lunch.

Great drive today. Left my house at 8:30am, went to the Esso till 10am, and at home at 4:27pm.
112825 when I left my house and 113252 when I pulled into my garage. Total cruising mileage: 427km.

Was a great ride and a good route. Unfortunatley we lost some along the way. Nice pics Murray, good to see you again.
Wasn t a cruise for the faint of heart or waxers.
Must have been good, got 17 mpg.

Great seeing you again Murray .... if Stan made it back home at 4:30 pm and you guys completed the Entire route .... glad I headed home after Norland.
