So, had a bit of a debate with the better (ahem) half today and shared with a couple friends who said, you gotta post it. So here goes...
Backdrop:
So we got a puppy last year after much pronging from my wife and yes its cute and I do enjoy her, but my wife is obsessed resulting in daily updates/pics/texts, etc, - LOL. She doesn't understand why I enjoy my ride, but is great about letting me while not really understanding the passion...
So, yesterday at the end of the cruise for SickKids I was solo and came upon a gem of a spot and decided to finally partake in some car **** after 16 years (couple of shots below)...
I sent these to her thinking she would for sure love the backdrop and the following banter ensued ("Mika" - think Hakkinen - is the name of said puppy)...
Responded with a YES, exactly how I feel...
As always, regardless of what was written, I still lost the debate, but I am sure there is more understanding of the hobby - or not.... hope you got a little chuckle anyways.
I love this. Shoulda said, it's not what it does (licks your face or does something cute), it's how it makes you feel. And as people we're all entitled to our feelings regardless of how they originate. Other people have no right to discount those feelings. It's the same basis as discrimination.

Very true Jack...same as old school house music. To some its boom boom boom, to me it hits the soul when right. To each his/her own. People looked at me weird when I said one of my favourite tracks is Tears by Frankie Knuckles while attending a Rush concert lol.
Was all tongue and cheek...the trans am comment cracked me up...that's what she thought it was when I picked her up on our first date...and I still kept her (or is it the other way around? rofl)...
