Default i know im slow.

who makes good buffers and how much are they?
do you use the buffer to apply the wax/polish or just to remove?
is there a great difference when using a buffer?
much rather ask than doing something stupid.

A Porter Cable 7224 or 7336 Random Orbital is a great addition, in helping to polish your car. You can also use it to add and remove wax, but most prefer to do that via hand once finish is properly prepped. Got mine at www.coastaltool.com

WRONG!!!!

The Porter Cable is the way to go for novices and weekenders. You use it mainly for applying cleaners and abrasives.

Most true polishes are cleaner and/or abrasive...so yes. *I* don't remove anything with my PC, but you can.

Some polishes I use are Menzerna IP & FP, Poorboy's SSR 2.5, and Einszett Paint Polish.
