Best tire dressing for natural black look?
I hate the look of shiny, wet-looking tires. I prefer a natural, dark black look.
Recommendations, please.

Optimum Tire Protectant is also nice in that it adds a natural sheen without the gloss. Dont mistake it for their Tire Gel (Anthony just talked about it done on another post) as I believe this is their glossy covering.
Heres a link to his post, look towards the bottom where we talk specifically about Optimum. Pricing on the entire line is nice also.

To add to those already mentioned you may want to try Poorboys Bold N Bright. It leaves a black look more so than a glossy look.
The Optimum Tire Shine gives a slightly glossier look than the Poorboys but also lasts longer. The great thing about the Tire Shine, as well as Poorboys, is there is no tire sling. Poorboys is best applied with a tire sponge while the Tire Shine is a spray on dressing.

Aerospace 303 on clean tires make them look new, not pimped.
It seems to help on wheels too. Brake dust doesn't stick as badly if I wipe the wheels down with 303 when I do the tires.

Just like anything dealing with car care, prep work is important. If your tires aren't properly cleaned before applying ANY dressing, it will not produce optimum results.

Nice thing about 303 is that it is recommended for use on the alum wheels as well. I just tried it and it works great and you don't have to worry about keeping the dressing off the wheels. Keeps polished wheels looking GREAT!~

I get good results with the Turtle Wax "Wet N Black" tire dressing.
What I like to do, in order to lessen the shine and eliminate any slinging onto the paint (which is brutal on black paint when it happens), is I will put the dressing on and let it sit for a while (sometimes an hour, sometimes overnight if I can), then I'll wash the car later and put the full pressure of the water on the tires, to wash off any excess.

Use the Eagle One tire swipe and most of the main brands will work better.
