It will work (as in adhere). I didn't notice much visually from trying this, but let us know how it works for you.

I perfer the look or Pinnacle rather than Zanio -- that said on light colors Silver Blue Vette I could not tell the difference before and after topping with Zanio. Dark color (Blacks and Dark Reds) cars I can see a difference but only you can deicided it it is worth the extra work.

Obviously a personal opinion, but I find a Carnauba wax (especially Pinnicle) produces jetting (the so-called wet-look) when applied as A LSP on a polymer sealant (Zaino). I'm presently experimenting with Z-8 to do a comparison

Both products stand well on their respective own, that said if you want to top a sealant then always use the carnuba as the last step. Pics please ...

It works but I saw no advantage to it with black. Just spritz with Z8 and you will have a look that cannot be beat.

I'm also itching to try this, but I'm just sticking with the Zaino stuff for now. Several experts here have previously said they had negligible to no improvement after the carnauba, compared to Zaino alone, so I figure it's just not worth the extra work.

And you'd want to remove the carnauba before applying later coats of zaino -- probably too much hassle for no gain. But if you try it. post some pics and let us know what you think!

I tried Pinnacle over Zaino a few weeks ago and the difference was minimal. Just standing over it and looking at it you could hardly tell you did anything except for the caruba smell. But when I backed the car out into the bright sunlight the sunlights reflection off the car was intensified and quite blinding.

I have tried this combination on my DSOM and I am happy with the results.

What differences did you notice from straight Zaino to Zaino/Pinnacle?

Did you do the whole car or did you do side-by-side comparisons?

Did the hood first and compared what I saw there to the right and left fenders. The hood is a lot narrower on the C6 so it was an easy comparison.

We did a small section on our Milano Maroon Vette with 2X Souveran on top of 6 coats of Zanio. What I saw was slight muting of the shine but more depth and wetness. As said before I did it on a Silver Blue and didn’t see any difference Souveran over Zanio. On the silver blue Vette I put on Red Moose Glaze and Souveran and could tell an ever so slight difference but not enough to really make a difference. On the Milano Maroon Vette with Zanio/Red Moose Glaze/Souveran I don’t think the shine was quite as muted but increased the depth and wetness over just Zanio/Souveran. With Zanio/Yellow Moose Glaze/Souveran the shine stayed the same and not much change in the depth. After all this left me wondering if it is worth the effort. Still my favorite is AIO/Red Moose Glaze/Souveran for looks and Zanio for durability.

I do have Z2Pro and Z8

This is what Pinnacle over Zaino looks like on a Polo Green. Took pic today . Applied Pinnacle over Zaino about 2 weeks ago. Not sure its a big enough difference to do it again.(unless I'm bored)
