I do not...and I get the same results when I did do that.......I am sure I am sure, but when I did do that for several months, again, I did not see any difference in the shine, durability, or in-prefections.

You can use either product between coats.
Z-6 is cheaper to use in the long run.
The main reason you apply Z-6/Z-8 before the next coat is that it makes the next coat go on easier. You will use less product as a result.

Perfect timing for this post. I just put another coat of Z-2 down 17 minutes ago
This morning I ordered the Z-8 since everyone keeps saying how it finishes off the shine...
Of course, I could not stop there so I wanted to try some of the other products:

There's another advantage to using a quick Z6 before the next Z2Pro coat:
if you use too much Z2Pro or Z5, or if you don't apply evenly, you can get some smearing. So far I've only noticed this on a black car easily, very minimal on Victory Red. The Z6 does a good job of wiping off these smears, getting the look more uniform before adding the next coat.
Also , I do give one or two quick sprays of Z6 to the cotton applicator before applying coats of Z5 and Z2 - I think it helps to spread the product more evenly and thinly.
(is that a word?)

I think "thinnierest" is the correct word!

The Z-6 is also perfect for keeping the car looking great between washings. It also removes fresh water spots. I use the Z-6 before I apply the polish to make sure the surface has no water spots or anything else on it. It removes static and makes the surface very slick. The Z-8 definitely gives the best final touch.

Holy S_ _ _!!!!
The Z-8 was sitting at the door when I got home from work. So I put another coat of Z-2 Pro down then finished it off with the Z-8.
All I can say is DAYUM the paint looks unbelievable! I'm heading to a car show in the morning, and cannot wait to show off the paint!
In the garage with the overheads the paint looks liquid wet! I cannot wait to see it in the sun!!!!
TIME TO GO BACK OUT AND DO SOME MORE POLISHING ON THE ENGINE
