Rejex vs Rain-X
I have been using Rain-X on the windshields of all my vehicles for quite some time. I just recently purchased some Rejex for paint protection after hearing about it here on the forum. I now am wondering how Rejex might perform on the glass. Have any of you used the Rejex on your windows? How is it as compared to Rain-X as far as water beading and allowing the rain to blow off rather than use the wipers. Is it a good alternative to Rain-X or just a good protectant to assist cleaning?

RejeX is much much easier to apply and seems to have the same feel. I've heard that Rain-X will chew up your wipers in time. Hopefully RejeX is better at not doing that... (Hasn't rained in No. TX for almost a month, so I don't get a lot of practical experience, however). I also use RejeX on my wheels but Zaino everywhere else.

Rejex works fine on the glass.
Sorry, I haven't used RainX so can't compare the two.
I haven't noticed any problems with wipers on Rejex...and I should know as I'm near Seattle and it's rained for 26 days straight.

Safety Car
ReJex works to reduce friction there fore less stuff sticks & makes windows very clear. Thats why they use it on aircraft to help keep exhaust dirt from sticking, making a wash more effective.

Buy it from Barry Moore here where you get a CF member discount :http://www.x-autoproducts.com/pages/forumpurchase.htm
BTW, Rejex guarantees that you like or they will give you your $ back. What do you have to lose? I'd be very surprised if anyone wants their $ back, though.

I have used both on my windshield. Rejex is great for body panels but not as good as RainX on glass. Don't know why, don't have a clue as to what is in either product. But, I removed the Rejex from the windshield and replaced it with RainX. With RainX you get noticeable beading of rain drops, Rejex does the same but not as well. Just my opinion.

I've used Rain-X for years and recently tried RejeX. I put it on the glass as well as the paint.
I don't think it's quite as slippery as the Rain-X when first applied, but it gets better after a little use. It is easier to apply.
It also lasts longer - I would see where the wipers swept one or two good rains after applying Rain-X. I've had the RejeX on for 6 weeks and a number of heavy rains (and a snow) and don't see any change.
I'll stick with the RejeX especially as it's so easy to do the whole car with the same stuff.
