My experience with him has been nothing but outstanding customer service. Great towels and great service and a nice guy. The one time I got a towel with the edge not perfect he sent a replacement right out and let me keep the blem. Obviously some type of misunderstanding or miscommunication.

aye, it's all in the details! i bought towels from him, no problems. Shipping did take a little bit of time I remember, like 7-10 days. I recall only because I emailed him one moring before work, and when I came home the package was on my doorstep like magic (or my bad timing), and a reply email in my box with a tracking number.

Don't mean to pile on, but yes- please don't post up a negative notice like this unless you've really exhausted all reasonable options. I've bought many things from dftowels and had excellent service. Really hard for me to believe that Leo would not make all efforts to correct a problem if he were aware of it. Please call him and post back after you've had a chat about the problem.

I buy a fair amount from him as a Distributor and never had a problem, so this is a bit of a surprise.
I need to talk to him for another order tomorrow, I will let him know about the situation.

I have yet to purchase any MF's from anybody, but after somebody says something like this, this is the guy that gets my vote.

Give him a chance to clear the situation with the customer. For what I hear he seems to be a great guy, and I bet he is, but nobody here has heard from him yet. If somebody takes my money, I want an answer too.
Anytime you're running a business, you're bound to be in this type of situations. It's how you handle the situation that separates you from the rest.
