Default Turtle Wax Ice. absolutely gorgeous

I dont want this to sound like an add for Turtle Wax, but, as previous post stated, i just bought 07 vert, yesterday, i waxed it, last night with Turtle Wax Ice, no grey residue, goes on so easy and come off, just the same, any one else try this product, by the way, im not affiliated with Turtle Wax, retired cop...the shine was amazing, real nice wet look to it.......got to go look at it again,

Good for you, the rejex/zaino crowd drive me bonkers. I use eagle nanowax and am very happy with it.

I bought the Ice detailer spray, pretty good stuff. Haven't tried the liquid yet. I've tried the Nanowax spray and it's okay too, doesn't last long though. The Black Magic products were rated highly as well. I also tried the new Turtle Wax Foam Away wash & wax spray; great idea if you can't get to the car wash and it cleaned my Vette nicely. I'll probably give RejeX a try eventually.

Default I tried it on my black coupe; wasn't happy

My son turned me on to it, as he uses it on his red Stage II Cobalt SS. It looks great on there, but I found that on the black, altho there is some surface "shine", there was no depth of color. Hard to explain, but it just didn't look right. I went back to a PC'd coat of Griots Best of Show, followed by multiple coats of Final Detail spray.
If you haven't heard of this, go to QVC, the only place I know that sells it, and order some. Every single person I have let use some of mine has become a loyal enthusiastic user. It is super-slick, and you can get it on glass or plastic with no problems. Check it out!

blah blah blah.......

there are 2 crowds....

OTC Crowd (over the counter)

and the

BOUTIQUE crowd (internet orders, usually not easily found in stores)

The OTC crowd is the type to look at their car from 2 feet away or farther. The Boutique crowd looks at their car from 10 inches away or closer.

As long as you like it on your car, then that's all that matters.

Not true. I use 95% Meguiar's and I look at my paint from about 2 feet away. I know my cars paint like the back of my hand. Most of the Meguiar's stuff I did have to order on-line since you can't find it in stores, but still.

The final result can only be as good as the surface it’s applied to.

It really is all dependants upon; 85% preparation, 5% product, 7% application method and the balance is in the ‘guy’ of the beholder. (A detailer’s skill level is also extremely important)

If YOU like the 'look' a product provides OTC / BOUTIQUE use it often and enjoy the effect of the hard work you put into your cars finish and enjoy

I used Ice on my wifes Trail Blazer last year. With the great weather we have been having in Tennessee this week I washed and was going to polish it. the water is still beading up and after drying it it looks great.
I only use RejeX on the Vette but I must say I'm impressed with Ice.
