Griot's Garage - Customer Service
I placed an order from Griot's Garage a couple of weeks ago. Last night, I was playing with my bottle of Speed Shine, when I noticed a leak from the bottle where the sprayer attached. I shot an email this morning to their customer service department, and with no questions asked, I got a response saying that a replacement bottle was on it's way.

I'm glad to hear that. I think their products are some of the best...particularly Speed Shine and Best of Show Wax. I haven't had any need to complain about anything but it's good to know they take care of their customers after the sale.

I had a similar experience with a bottle of Car Wash. I broke the cap on it by pulling up too hard. I called them to see if I could get a replacement empty bottle (I love the pop top bottles with measuring scale on the side) and they said they didn't have any but they insisted on sending me a new bottle of Car Wash even though this was due to my negligence.

Then again I'm the guy who doesn't care for FK 425 and Clearkote Quik Shine....
