Default Someone tell me about Liquid Glass ???

I read a post that mentioned Liquid Glass, but it didn't explain what it was. Can anyone tell me...

What it is?
What it does?
Any reason not to use it?

Thanks for your experienced answers.

think of it as a paint sealant (synthetic wax).. as closest in design. It is an older formula but many have used with great success. They recently brought out a quick detailer and gloss enhancer which makes it look shiner after use. There is no right or wrong product, just personal choice.

Our shops applied a lot of it in the 80's, it has good durability for an over the counter product, it's older technology but it does work, can be tricky on black cars/trucks, no reason not to use it if you want to.

I have used it back in the 80's and early 90's. it dusts allot, but the shine was pretty good.

I used on both my white 77 and red 85. Good shine, but it does leave a lot of dust. It has a tendency to streak on dark colors, so you may need to apply another coat to smooth it out. It is easy on and off.
