I must have nuclear water spots.
I live in Florida and the calcium deposits in the water are crazy hard to remove.
I find that I actually have to use a cleaner type wax to be remotely successful.
Damn sprinklers!
Vinegar didnt work.

On my black C6 only way was to clay bar, still didn't get everything off....it rained, then baked in the sun all day and I left it for like a month. I mean I washed the car but didn't take the time to clay bar it till later, prolly partially my own fault they are so hard. Vingegar didn't work, clay was mostly succesfull but still got about another round to finish it off...

The 50/50 didn't work for me either. Gotta be FL water I guess. I needed to use a clay bar. The windows were a nightmare, used Bon-Ami with a wet rag.

If the sprinklers are using particularly nasty well water I would be very careful not to leave it there too long as it could actually damage the clearcoat. Water and vinegar seem to be the favorite solution.

vinegar only works on recent spots, the unfortunate event is minerals in certain waters and acid rain can etch a finish quickly. Polishing will help, and unfortunately wet sanding is the last resort.

it took them right out. using a flex 3401 polisher and LC orange pad.
