On the main menu page under General Topics, you will find this sub forum. Lots of information there...

I'm using ZAINO products. When I use soap, I use the MEGUIAR'S wash...

Zaino actually isn't a wax. They have polishes and sealants. I haven't put wax on any of my cars in years. I use Zaino products but recently switched to mostly using Menzerna and sometimes Meguiar's 105 and 205. I have found it eaiser to work with and better results.

Use an orbital buffer with a good polish and then put a sealant on it. If you have a lot of scratches, swirls, etc. you can use something like Meguiar's 105 with a wool cutting pad and then 205 with a light cutting pad. Then follow with a good sealant. Top it off with some Zaino Z6 gloss enhancer spray. You will be happy with the results.

On the C5
Meguire's gold wash or Duragloss 901 wash
C-Magic polish and detail spray (no scrathes or swirls yet)

On my other cars I like 3M polishes and/or Menzerna products

Gonna be a million combo's to this thread

I used Mequire's for years. My son bragged about Zaino and when I saw his car I was impressed. I ordered Zaino and started the process. I thought Mequires was good but this Zaino is better. imo.

i have found the most durable wax that i have ever used including zaino, to be collinite 845 it is very inexpensive and wears like iron..........a bottle is 15 bucks you can wax 30 cars with it....super easy on and off....my 2 cents

I use Griot's Car Wash...excellent stuff. For wax, depending on which fun car I use Griot's Carnauba Wax Stick topped with Griot's Best of Show Wax. On one car that's Torch Red, I use Griot's Wax Stick followed by Pnnacle Souveran. I've found that those combinations give the best results for good durability and a super appearance.

On my daily drivers I use Griot's Paint Sealant...long, long lasting with blinding reflectivity. I prefer the appearance of a quality carnauba wax but on the daily cars I want the durability and protection.
