Default Help! My car is covered with some crap

With 3 kids under 3, I don't get to wash the car much. I set out to do the first wash and wax of the year. After the wash, my car looks clean, but all horizontal surfaces feel like dull 300-grit sandpaper. It takes several passes with the clay bar to get most of it off one small section. I can get this crap off the glass with a razor or 3M adhesive remover.

Anyone have a good idea to help this go faster? Now that I have the kids, it'll take me weeks to get this cleaned up with the clay bar. I thought about going to a car wash, thinking that their soap is probably much more harsh than Meguiars. One commercial car wash won't destroy the paint.

Thanks for your reply. The car is garage kept, and i never park it under a pine tree.

How did you clean your car? Maybe that would work for me.

What a great title; from that explicit description its really easy to provide a solution - apply a crap remover

TOGWT - thanks for a good laugh. I wish i knew what was on the car, but 'crap' was the best description I could muster at midnight. I'm still having trouble finding a better description after a good nights sleep.

Bring it over - I'm sure I have something that will help.

I would try a microfiber towel with WD40 to see what happens. Might be faster than claying. If it fails just go back to claying and take your time.
Could be over spray, sap, and just some really weird dirt that is stubborn.
