Default Porter Cable Pad Cleaner for REJEX ?

I did the truck with Rejex last night and have been trying to clean the applicator pad. I used Dawn, but all that seems to do is have it coagulate where I can pick it off, but I don't feel the pad is clean. Pads used for prep work cleaned up nice with Dawn.

Suggestions on cleaning pads used for Rejex?

Often times you need to soak them. Once the pads have dried its much harder to remove the sealant from the pad. This cleaner is citrus based.

I washed the pad in the evening and was unhappy with the results. I then let it soak overnight, but that Rejex just does not breakdown. Good for my cars, but bad for the buffer pads.
