Towel for Windshield (gets rid of haze)
Need some help, I remember seeing a thread recently about a towel for the inside of the windshield, to get rid of that haze. I am pretty sure it was from auto geek, but I can't seem to find it using the search function.
Anybody know what I am talking about?
Any help is appreciated, as I want to purchase one, along with a few other goodies from Autogeek that I am already ordering.

We offer Glass Waffle Weave towels to be used inside to remove haze and other marks. I suggest using them outside of direct sunlight and you can use a cleaner like Stoners Invisible Glass as needed.

No, it was a specific towel for the inside of the windshield, for that film that forms inside. Guess it wasn't auto geek.
Ill just go back through the posts manually. I thought I saw a couple weeks ago.
Thanks for the responses guys.

If you buy one post up what you think of it. I hate washing the inside of my windows!

Perfect timing. I was detailing my C6 this afternoon and normally I am very good at cleaning windows. But today for the life of me it was nothing but a streaky mess. Tried several different things until finally discovering it was the Bounty paper towels causing the mess.
Will order some of the glass waffle weave towels and give them a go.

They seem to be hit and miss based on others responses on that thread but then again I didn't read the whole thing.
Right now I use Stoner Invisible Glass and specific microfiber towels for the inside windows. It seems to do a good job. There worst part is contorting yourself to get all the spots.
On the outside I use Stoner and newspaper.

Great product to get the hard to reach areas and also around the HUD. I wrap my MF towel around it. Quick

I use stoners and pretty much any microfiber towel. I then finish with a good cotton towel and my glass is damn near perfect......

Just wanted to post up a quick review.
I got these towels and used them as indicated.
Easy to use, but the same haze came back a few days better.
These are no better than just using a waffle weave microfiber towel.
I actually prefer my waffle weave towels over these.
In the end, I would not purchase these again.

I have a -dedicated- MF towel for Windows ONLY
I don't even wash it with other MF towels that I may have used to apply gloss spray / etc
Stoners "Invisible Glass" is the best window cleaning stuff I have ever used, BTW

I use Car Pro Fast Glass towels.
You rinse them in hot water prior to use, ringe them out well, to the point no droplets of H20 are falling from the towel, and then begin wiping the window clean. That simple! A chemical or dedicated glass cleaner is not needed! First, wipe the window extremities, then horizontal, and finally, vertical. Follow with a second, clean, Fast Glass towel and repeat the exact process.
For ease of cleaning the front windscreen, clean driver side sitting in passenger side seat and vice versa.
This towel has eliminated any streaking for me.
Best regards,
-Dellinger

I also have had no luck with those towels from Southern Auto Parts. Not a slam against them but the towels don't work any better than anything else I have tried - windows still streaked!
