Default Best product to remove old bug stains?

It's getting to be that time of year when I do a massive clean up on the vette. My front bumper is very clean and "slick", but, there are some old bug stains so to speak. They are hard to see but can be noticed in the light. What's the best way to go about getting these off? I'm having some serious trouble with it. Thanks guys.

They are probably impregnated into the paint and can't ever be removed.

Bugs, bird doo, and tree sap have to be removed immediately or permanent damage will occur.

especially if you let them sit for that long.

Clay and polish the paint to remove stains as possible, unfortunately the wont remove etching but will likely make it less notable.

I let a super bug sit on my car for a week. Then I accidently got caught in the rain ( I don't drive my vette in the rain) it baked on. A couple days later I tried to remove it and it was in the paint. I clayed, polished and waxed. It made it better and everybody said they don't see it, but I could. It still pisses me off!

sounds like it etched the surface .... try a second polishing when possible and always keep a good coat of wax (or sealant) on paint. Bug guts, egg, and birdie doo-doo all harm paint quickly.

Keep some of this in your car:
