The dealer said the car is numbers matching engine trans and rear. He also said it was a frame off restoration and everything on car works. He said pain and chrome are flawless. R u comfortable confirming these representations?

The dealer said numbers matching engine trans and rear said everything on car works and said paint and chrome are flawless. States it was frame off restoration 2002 and now has new top, seat covers and tires. R u comfortable confirming these?
