Default corvete letter adhesive

A towel hit the letter E on my corvette lettering on my bumper inserts. I would use a qtip to put something on the back of the letter and press it in. What would you recommend for adhesion?

3M plastic and emblem adhesive.

I caught my side emplem on a pair of shorts in the garage and reatached with 3m tape. pain to cut around with a exacto knife but it has lasted 2 years Good luck
