I am planning on detailing my 2013 vette with polish, sealer then Carnauba. Question is can you use an occasional spray wax over a Carnauba wax?

Sure...since wax is a sacrificial barrier to protect the paint, the spray wax is supposed to replenish what's been lost during washings and weather.

Yes indeed .... look for a good spray wax with 'nuba (Optimum, Pinnacle, etc) and keep that delicious wet look alive longer. As an added benefit you don't need to do a traditional wax as often.

I had the same question. Can I put a Spray Wax, over a Carnauba Hand Wax... I was told by someone, that you shouldn't do it...

Some spray waxes are synthetic based (sealants) and some suggest they streak or incompatible with 'nuba based waxes. Using a carnauba based spray wax should provide no harm and can actually boost the waxes durability. Most manufacturers design sprays that are compatible with their waxes as a valid choice also.
