Default Windshield

I have a very minor chip right in the middle of my windshield u dont really notice it at akk driving but i know they r narking me down for it at shows. Is there any way to repair it other than just replacing the whole windshield?

Theres a way the glass places repair those and you wont have to pay with glass coverage's.

I have a chip in my glass on the daily driver which also offers the HUD display. I chose not to replace glass based upon a past experience. I have a company called Safelite come out and fill the chip. The issue, its still apparent and stands out especially to me.

The challenge as I see it, get it replaced and hope for no noise, leaking, or blemished glass. Or --- have it filled commercially and realize the mark will still be apparent. My insurance would have paid for either and likely increased rates which is something else to possibly consider.
