Even with all the smoke in our area drifting in from WA and ID we hope to cruise Going to the Sun road in Glacier Park with our local Covette club. Here's a picture at one of our stops last month as we cruised around Flathead Lake in Western MT.

Default Trip to Bowling Green

This fall, my wife and I will be making a trip from Oklahoma to Bowling Green. We plan to tour the Corvette plant and visit the National Corvette Museum. We will be using the PDR along the way to film the beautiful fall foliage and the changing colors.

Looking forward to a trip in the Stingray!

This picture was during our drive back from Museum Delivery in May of this year! We took a detour through the mountains of TN/NC to visit the Tail of the Dragon! Our end of summer plans include a trip this weekend to Pensacola to a weekend long car show/get together and in 3 weeks we will be heading up to Charlotte Motor Speedway for Fall Auto Fair! In FL we are heading into the best time to get out and cruise with our Corvettes!!!

Here is a pic of my 2016 that I took when I was out cruising for a couple of hours this past weekend. I have had the car for a little over a month and I already have a little over 1600 miles on it! Well 880ish of them came from the drive home from picking it up at the Corvette Museum.
Oh and as far as a fall trip goes my wife and I are planning on touring the North Shore of Lake Superior in MN when the colors are exploding.

I plan to take each of my grand kids for their first ride in a Corvette...they are 8 and 11 years old, John and Elizabeth. John knows every sporty car on the road and continuously cries out, "there's a (fill in the blank)"! Elizabeth is at the age where she wants to show off to her school friends...lol. This will be fun for me too! We have tons of 2-lane 'twisties' as well as long expressway entrance ramps here in this part of Michigan. Can't wait to exhibit the exhaust note, G forces and acceleration, and see their reactions....all within legal limits of course!

After 4 full days of High-Performance Driving Education, I finally got to unleash this beast at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. The most fun I had this summer. Going back next week and can't wait.

My end-of-summer trip plan involved a trip back to the National Corvette Museum for their 21st Anniversary Celebration! I had a great time, made a lot of good friends, and won a Celebrity Choice Car Show award. I also took advantage of the opportunity to stage my car for the photo that I have included for the contest. When I got back home to SW Oklahoma, my 2014 Stingray had almost 21,000 miles!

This is our first-ever 'Vette and WE LOVE IT! A 2000 mag red C5 Coupe with tons of miles but runs and looks great!

Cindy and I will be headed on a road trip to the National Corvette Museum on September 23rd - 27th.

The contest ends on the 23rd, so we can't wait to put on the NoviStretch products when we get back on the 27th! HINT HINT HINT

Default Going to the Corvette Hospital in Bowling Green

I am impatiently waiting for the delivery of my grandson (Laguna Blue 2LT) . My owner is going to Bowling Green on September 14th to watch the birth of my grandson in person at the hospital (assembly plant). I wanted to go but my owner said that I am too old to make that trip.
My owner did let me see a copy of the sonogram (below) which shows my grandson looking very healthy.

Being that he will have just been born, I am very concerned that he will be very susceptible to germs when my owner takes him on an end of summer drive. I feel that my grandson could really benefit from a new Novistretch protective cover when he comes home from the hospital. My owner would be very happy.

Update : My grandson was born on Sept 14 in Bowling Green, KY. My owner was there for the birth but they took my Laguna Blue grandson away. My owner will have to wait now to bring him home. The doctor said that he will be ready to go home on 9/25. This will be a perfect time of the year to take an end of summer drive with a new Bumper Mask from Novistretch. After all, my grandson will need the protection as a newborn.
