Default AutoGeek is GREAT!

At least AutoGeek gets back to you in a timely and courteous manner.

Wrote to Meguiars twice last week with no reply?

Wrote to Mothers once last week with no reply?

There are other companies / products out there!

Thanks!

Thank you for the kind words

I will remind everyone that SEMA is coming very soon, and a lot of the manufacturers are out of the area, and spending every last minute getting their booth, and displays (as well as new items) ready to go. Mothers and Megs is also usually very responsive. Autogeek has had great success working with them, and they are a big hit annually at Detailfest. Mike Phillips once worked for Megs, and Autogeek is quite familiar with their line and offerings. If we can help in the delay, please let us know.

Sorry,
I did not realize that this is a busy time for Meguiars and Mothers.

I have ordered from Autogeek several times and have never had a problem. Great people to deal with, good prices, have quality products, they price match, offer a 10% discount for forum members and fast shipping.
While the shipping rates MIGHT be high they are in line with others.

I apologize for someone not getting back to you. Yes, we're busy getting ready for SEMA next week, but still, that's not an acceptable reason. It's just an excuse.

So, what can I help you with? Feel free to either post it here or email me direct. It's my name (Forrest) at mothers.com

I had a problem with Auto-geek once and posted my displeasure . I wasn't even done checking the forum and my phone was ringing. I had to wait for an order once because of unavailability by the manufacturer and they sent me a consolation gift. Great customer service
