Default What is the best interior/leather CLEANER?

I have a new C7, and simply want to keep the interior clean without adding a greasy shine.

What can I use to preserve the leather and clean?

thanks

There are several great products that don't add sheen or heavy shine. Most of the time, you can simply use a damp towel and light cleaner and get nice results too.

Leather -- The leather in your car is coated. Best choice is to stay away from products not designed for coated (aka finished leather). I resealed mine with a leather coating from G-techniq and nothing more is needed. Leathermasters and Einszett also make products specifically for coated leather.

Dash -- The interior dash and door areas can be cleaned with a light interior clean designed for these areas (Blackfire, DP, Einszett) and damp cloth. If you must or want a light protectant there are those from Poorboys (Natural Look) and 303 Protectant that don't shine and 303 adds a light matte look. Einszett Cockpit Premium is also great for cleaning these areas and leaving nothing more than a fresh look.

I like Ultima's Interior Sealant as it coats/seals the interior panels, looks clean, and appears to reduce the outgassing that the dash seems to release which coats the interior glass with a haze. It doesn't leave anything more than a fresh new look. Best part, it only needs to be applied 1-2 times per year at most.

100% in agreement!

Adam's, cleans and protects, no "greasy" shine or other mess.
