I have been detailing my cars (and others) for a long time. Cleaning the inside windshield and rear windows has always
proven difficult. Just when you finished your car and look it over for that final inspection you find streaking on the
windows. A method that I learned from a car detailer was to clean the windows with what ever product you choose,
let the product dry completely (not in the sun), then polish the windows clean. If the window had alot of haze two cleaning would
be necessary. A lot of elbow grease is required. Recently I tried an old product called Glass Wax. Like Zaino products
it exceeded my expectations. Clearns windows with haze in one application with very little elbow grease. If interested I
bought Glass Wax at a store called Restoration. I haven't seen it in other stores. It cost $5.95 for 16oz can. Like Zaino
it goes a long way. Because it leaves a haze on the windows, you can see the spots you missed when removing.
I recently detailed a friends car (with Zaino of course), and he marvels how the car looked. When he go in and out of the
car and drove it he noticed how cleaned the windows where.
I tried everything over the years (except the newspaper deal) including my own brew. Glass Works works the best thus far. Just passing this on to you.

No, it is not Sprayway, it is called Glass Wax.
I tried looking up on restorations, did not see listed, so I suggest you call.
I'm currently visiting my daughter in Virginia, I will try and get more info when I get home. Believe me this product is terrific.
When I get back home, I will post more information about application of product, and try to look up more information about buying the product.

Try using a microfiber towel with your favorite cleaner. It will change your mind on using anything else to wipe with.

For cloudy windows I just use distilled water and the microfiber but for more soiled windows (sap, tar, bugs) I use Z-12.

Ace Hardware has Glass Wax; at least, mine does: $4.99 for 16 oz.

I remember using Glass Wax in the 60's I thought they went out of business because it use to be in every Grocery Store and then I didn't see it anymore. Now that I know its still around I'm going to find it.

You might find Glass Wax at a hardware store. When I was a kid, we would use Glass Wax on a sponge on stencils for window decorations. It used to be way thicker back then.

I always use car wax on the windows, sound crazy but it works great.. The glass shines, doesn't spot and makes cleaning easy. I found that something like turtle wax 2000 work better than a carnuba wax. I put the wax on let it dry, wipe off with a terri cloth towel, re-clean with invisible glass cleaner, then polish.. was wondering if anyone else has tried this. I have been putting on my vehicles for year. Just make sure your windshied wipers are clean.. :crazy:

I slap a coat or 2 of Zaino on everytime I polish my car. It seems to keep it cleaner. Not only that, but whenever I use the clay bar on my car, I clay my windows, etc. Thats another advantage of Zaino. Put it on everything, plastics, glass, paint, etc.
