I found a Flex swirl light that I had misplaced not long after I purchased it yesterday. I purchased the light in 2015. Opened the box put in the batteries and nothing..........changed to a new set of batteries and still nothing. Also something was rattling inside so I gathered it was a "dud", these things happen in a world of mass production.
Emailed the help team and their responses was super fast. After a couple of emails to determine the light was faulty, Kristin is sending me a new one at no charge!
Now that is service with a capital "S"!!
