Using Griots Random Orbital on Corvette
I have a griots random orbital polisher which I used to polish my other cars including my 2011 Mustang. Kept the paint in awesome condition. I wonder if this is an option to do this with the paint on my new corvette.
Has anyone else used the Griots system on your corvette? What were your experiences?

I should have offered my perfect combo for the Griots machine and Corvette .... use as wanted. A 5.5 inch flexible backing plate, 5 inch Lake Country Hydro-Tech pads, and Wolfgang 3.0 polishes (two step). WOW !!
I find the Griots machine to be a Porter Cable type machine but with additional power and torque. Amazing machine especially at the starting end of random orbital buffers.

Assuming the condition of the paints are exactly the same, I know Ford makes a pretty soft clear coat and Corvettes have an extremely hard clear coat so your results may not be just the same.
Ford paint will buff out more swirls with less effort and Corvette paint will buff out less swirls with the same efforts. However if you don't have many swirls in the Vette to start off with then you may not notice any difference.
Regardless of the difference I'm sure your Vette will look great afterwards.
