Cleaning between body panel gaps
Good afternoon everyone. As the title states, I am looking for options to clean the seems on the exterior body panels without scratching the paint.
I currently have Xpel throughout most of the car and the seems is where I see most of the dirt and grime collect. Especially on the rear bumper.
Any recommendations?

I always use Waterless Wash or Detail Spray and a corner or edge of a quality MF towel and in real tight areas I have even used these interior swabs.

Thank you for the information this far. I was asking for a tool or similar to clean as suppose to an actual solution.
The cotton (Qtip looking) product mentioned seems interesting. Is there any sort of fine brush or anything like that?

On occasion I have used a 3"X5" index card folded in 1/2 or a business card to remove residue............. cheap and easy with good results

I use a detail brush sprayed with Meguiar's All-Purpose cleaner and Q-tips. Detail spray also works.
Soft tooth brushes also work, just be careful not to scrub with them as the bristles are plastic. The detail brush is boars hair.

Thank you all for the information. Can you guys post links (if possible) of the items you are referring to? Especially the detail brush KyJim mentions.

For a lot of crud along the edges of Xpel I use whatever detail spray I have handy and these brushes:
http://www.autogeek.net/mothers-detail-brush-set.html
Let the detail spray sit a few minutes to soften the crud and then gently use the brush one or two passes along the edge of the Xpel, no continuous back and forth 'scrubbing' with the brush. Finish up by wiping the edge with a microfiber towel. The bristles on the brush feel a bit stiff but so far on two cars (crystal red and NRB) they have not scratched the paint or lifted the edge of the PPF.
