Best way/stuff to clean cast aluminum under hood???

What to use, and how to?

Aluminum with a lot of casting slagg, like intake manifold, alternator housing, AC housing, Upper and lower control arms, etc...

P21S Total Auto Wash is great stuff for under the hood. Cleans everything safely. I know CMA carries P21S stuff. The probably have this as well.
