Default 'Brake-line fab help req'd'

I have encountered a problem and would like some input.

So far, I have removed the damaged fitting and straightened enough of the pipe to slide the new fitting far enough back to flare the end of the pipe. My pipe bender is on order and should be here next week. If anyone has some info that might make this easier or guidance on what to do/not to do, I am all ears.

Rather than do my own, Ive used www.classictube.com to fabricate my brake lines a few times. There are two short lines on my 1990 at the master cylinder that Ive changed due to different master and adjustable prop valve.
