Default Help with cam and clutch choices-Street and Roadrace use

I'm building a LS2 based motor with the following components and would like to know what cam to use for 80% street use/20% track use. Also need opinions on clutch choice.

Eagle 4.0" Crank
Eagle 6.125 H Beam Rods
Mahle Coated Pistons with Plasma Moly Rings
Dart 225 heads with dual springs
Harland Sharp 1.7 roller rockers
Katech True Roller timing Chain with LS6 Chain Damper
Ported LS6 Oil Pump
GM C6 Corvette Oil Pan, Pickup Tube and Windage Tray
LS6 Intake and ported TB
ARP Head Stud Kit
ARP Main Stud Kit
Cometic Head Gaskets
Powerbond 25% UD Harmonic Balancer
Longtube headers with high flow cats

I am running the G5x3 cam with AFR heads.

I am also using the RPS Clutch which seems to only get better as it gets hotter...

Here is a pic of my Dyno before and after my Speed Density tune
