Speaking of 'ring videos this is a very good professionaly made video. With a track map and lots of various camera shots/angles. Not much for safety gear though...

Motorcycle riders must wear full leathers. Nothing is required in cars, no helmet, no tech inspection, no nothing (you do get a pretty heavy fine if you leak fluids on the track, plus you are responsible for any accidents caused by the fluids you leak)
passing is done on the left (passing car signals left, car being passed signals right to let the passer know he knows he's there, the pass) or at least that's how it's supposed to happen.
All street laws apply if there is a wreck the cops come and treat it just like any accident on a public road -- because it is.
Legally, it's a 1-way public toll road with no speed limits.
