Stock Autocross Brake Bleeding

Until I started tracking the car, I didn't feel like I really got the brakes very hot autoxing. I would bleed them once a season. When I did bleed them, the fluid looked new. Now that I track it, every time I go out. I guess some of that would be how much you autox.

Flushing the system.....
I wasn't concerned about brake fluid as an autocrosser until I started left foot braking this season. I think that really heated things up because I boiled the regular fluid at an event last month.
And that prompted me to buy ATE200 fluid and flush them immediately.

In his pigeon english Fangio replied "Morea speed a lessa brakes".....
If you aren't stopping hard you shouldn't be on the brakes. Lots of "left foot brakers" tend to drag the brakes on corner entry when they shouldn't be on them at all.... in an autocross there isn't that much time to get the brakes really hot unless you are overusing them...

Before and after a DE, and after 3-4 autocrosses. But we have usually have a pretty fast course and get 7-8 runs. It's also a great way to do your preventive maintenance so you look everything over and can maybe catch something before it breaks at the worst possible moment.

Solofast - You are right about speed - with v710's this weekend I was able to stop trying a lot of the left foot braking and got the best run of the day. It was more useful with less grippy tires though.
