Paul Tracey proves once again he's an idiot
I think it's time for him to go to NASCAR or better yet become a taxi cab driver in NY! The guy is totally out of control and it's shame because he's a hell of a driver....

I'm so pissed because I messed up my recording of the Champ Car race and I'm going to have to either wait for highlights tonight on Speed or wait for the rebroadcast of it on Wednesday.
What I did see (recorded 21 minutes of the race) was an incident in the beginning of the race between Tag and PT, but it looked like Tag's fault.

Hmmm... I'll have to decide now whether to watch for results on Speed tonight or avoid race results until Wednesday. What should I do? Was it a good race? Is it worthy of waiting?

From the Globe and Mail:
Tracy clashes with Bourdais after late crash
Tracy, of course, saw it differently.
"It's the last corner on the last lap and if you're leading
the championship race by 30 points and you want to
make that risky a move with a guy like me for two points,
that's the risk you take," Tracy said. "I don't feel bad for him."

Paul Tracy, the New A.J.?
Looks like Tracy has decided that it is Foyt he wants to emulate.
I can't imagine Mario thinking Tracy has anything in common with
Mario Andretti.
My guess is that Tracy's deal with Forsythe is done at the end of the
season. Too late for them to pull him out of the car this season and
he has nothing to lose. Bumper car time, boys.
Even if he gets sanctioned by CHAMP CAR, he's gone and their action
doesn't extend to the new arena(s).

Missed that one. I have always hated Tracy with a passion. Now everyone else is starting to understand why.
If anyone has a link to the video clip please post it

The organizers have a perfect opportunity to spank Tracy.
The event tickets are sold, Tracy is admitting by his actions that
he's no longer interested in CHAMP CAR, he's on probation as a
result of the incident last race. What's to lose?
It is hammer time.
They can call a suspension justified on the grounds that Tracy
is acting erratically and proving to be a danger to himself and
to others. They can cite Forsythe, too, for presumably being
unable to keep Tracy on a leash. Presumably, Forsythe's
commitment to the series extends beyond '06 and they ought
to be acting in the best interests of the team.
Or CHAMP CAR can just have Tracy sit out on the grounds that
he is arrogant, conceited and kind of a boor.
I wonder how NASCAR sponsers these days view neanderthal
behavior - they've been trying to clean up that act for years.
Witness the Kasey Kanes, Carl Edwards and the like ...

Tracy should be suspended for at least one race. Figure 8 racing sounds like something he would be more suited to, or maybe one of the open wheel series for the young and rich were they take each other out at the start of every race.
In NASCAR road racing is represented by good drivers such as Said, Pruett and Fellows, who are fast and always show their class. It would be a shame to see Tracy ruin that reputation.

What's more is that Forsythe likes what Tracy does.
