Default Radiator Question

Does anyone know if there was an actual difference in the radiator thickness from the base C5 to the C5 Z06? Even with a short amount of track testing, the C5 seems more likely to overheat than our Z06. I'm even running fresh distilled in the C5 with some water wetter. Maybe it's just the altitude. I never ran our Z06 here at the Miller Track at 4200ft.

The shroud question prompted this thought. I might have to cut our shroud to buy a little cooling until I get a better raditor in there.

thanks,
Aaron

A look at a GM parts computer would tell you for sure.

I have the radiator out of my C5Z sitting here and it's ~23mm thick.

I didn't see any difference between the two and Chevy doesn't claim there is any.

Is it painted red? Never mind that's just calipers.
