John,

One easy question: for streetable pads, is it worth the while to just drive the pads around for 100 miles or so before bedding them in?

TIA, and have a good one,
Mike

You can drive them around but it will not bring it up to temp on the rotors.

Understood. I have seen different instructions, one stating to run the pads 100-200 miles before bedding, the other not mentioning that aspect.

Seems like I could just drop in a new set, go bed them in, and let them cure for 24 hrs, then should be ready to go.

Thanks, and have a good one,
Mike
