LG Motorsports C6 World challenge In Car Video Miller Mtrsports park
Hi guys,
Here is the in car camera footage from our last world Challenge win at Utah's Miller Motorsports Park.
http://www.lgmracing.com/lgm-0606-miller.wmv
The video spliter messed up during the middle of the race but bear with it. It comes back to normal later in the race.
I started from the Pole which I got by .6 sec and after the entire race, I won by .2 second.
It was a great race.
I got to test 2 full days there before the race weekend in Sonny Whelen's C5 which gave me such a head start on the 23 corner 4.5 mile track it was not funny.
Each time on the track, I found a new trick that made the laps better. And on lap 2 the Porsche and Caddy went off course, which made it easier.
i am only 9 points out of the championship as we go into the Atlanta round. I have 2 races to make up ground. It might take a miracle but I believe in them.
The harder we work, the luckier we get!
Thanks guys,
See you at Atlanta at the Petit LeMans race. Our World Challenge race is on Friday, so get there early.

Drifting
Can't wait to watch it, it will be really cool to see what a real driver does on a course I have driven
Ya, 23 turns and 4.5 miles I was almost wishing I had on-star 3 days of HPDE playing and I was just getting a good mental map of the course and had a plan for a few of the turns Can't wait to get back there
Thanks for the video

You are right about the 23 corners. I was lucky to test for the two full days about a month before the event, plus we did an in car camera when we tested so I could study the tape and data for a month.
It all paid off. I can run that track blindfolded now.
There are a couple of spots that I will try a different approach next time I am there, plus at the end of the "inside straight" I plan to be more agressive next time also.
Glad you enjoyed it.
We plan to do a "foot cam" for the next race in qualifying, which is much more intense than the race. And for the next race, we have one front cam and one rear facing cam.
Thanks

all these cams you will need a production company soon. Name change to "Hollywood Lou" also.
All the cams should make some good viewing.

Lou - is this the win where you did Donuts on the Start/Finish Line?
I started watching SWC because I now have someone to cheer for and just caught up on the last 3 races that were on Speed.
Watching you in the rain at was not fun

Racing in the rain is also NOT fun. But we had to do it. I just hope we can make it through the last 2 races without rain.
And this was the race where I did donuts ON the new start finish line.
Somebody had to do it.

thanks Al,
We leave for Atlanta on Monday for the race next Friday at the Petit LeMans weekend.
We have been working hard to overcome some obsticles put in our path. Not a problem, we are still giving it all we have.
Two more races to determine the champion.
Thanks
