Default All the new Texas tracks! (road courses)

Ok, there are three new ones in the Houston proximity:

Lonestar park
http://www.lonestarmotorsportspark.com

Liberty motorsports park
http://www.libertymotorsportspark.com

Grandsport Speedway
http://www.grandsportspeedway.com/

For you Dallas guys there are new ones in Terrell and Sanger that will open in 2007. I dont have names or links for these but will update when I get them...

Discuss.

Yeah, it's not as good as it used to be with an oil well in every yard and teh clink of spurs at every front door...

but, we just suck it up and live with:

Jobs,
No state or local income tax,
No snow or salted roads,
80 mph Interstate (I-10 west of San Antonio),
.
.
.

Yep, it's a bummer of a place to live.

Have a good one,
Mike

Oppressively hot
Have to dodge illegals driving trucks with no insurance
There are other states with no State or local income tax (Washington)
I believe it does snow in Amarillo, plus thye probably use salt as it's cheap
And if you are doing 80 west of SA, you're getting run over.

I lived in Houston for 18 years. Probably will not ever set foot in the state again.

But this would be for a thread in OT debating the merits of where somebody lives.
