Tim, Jeff, Jake,

I look forward to meeting you. This will be the first time I have run with Chin/Tracquest. I hear they run a great event with tons of seat time!

You will love VIR and Chin does give you lots of track time - so much that most people and cars are wore out by Sunday noon!

We will be the easy ones to pick out cars jacked up and grease on our faces!

They did confirm us on their intructor staff today.

I am now signed up as well. This will be my first HPDE. Anyone have any suggestions on what type of brake pad I may need.

Glad to have your there!

99vettewsnc - having plenty of pad is probably OK for your first HPDE- I like the stock ZO6 pad and Carbotech XP8s....good mix of pad life, rotor life and track life....

Looking forward to the event, time to order some new brake pads, rotors, and get some tires mounted. I'll just mount some old ones so I don't hurt varkwso and son's feelings too bad

Heck, we are planning on borrowing your car......

Now I guess I will need to get the white car prepped and loaded on the trailer. We have not run it at VIR yet. You are going to feel really bad when Jake whoops up on you in the FRC.....he has very little fear in that car!

Cool Jeff, if you beat me too bad, I'm going to get Ingle to show me how to do the late brake at the 1 coming off the back straight and trail brake into the hogpen.

Tim
