LS4 oil pump was great on track this weekend...
People on LS1 tech spout fears of pumping your pan dry... maybe w/ a camaro and w/o an oil cooler.
However for me it was awesome... my max oil temp was 278, but was normally in the low 260s. I run Amsoil 5w40 and sometimes mix it w/10w40 that I have around to overfill.
I never saw below 50 psi... normal was between 50/55 psi at WOT w/ the oil up to track temp
