Chuck CoW - CHINA TUNING TRIP - SLIDESHOW
Hey Corvette FORUM!
Back in March, we were hired to tune some 07 C6 ZO6 Vettes to compete in the Asia Supercar Series. We traveled to Hong Kong to meet the owners and discuss the cars and a few short days later we found ourselves in Zhu Hai, China (mainland China) at the ZIC (Zhu Hai International Circuit) Racetrack. It was an amazing facility and home to some of the fastest vehicles in all of Asia and Europe. We got to see Porsche, Ferrari, & Lotus racing.... And they got to see 7 lieters of AMERICAN V8 MUSCLE TEARING UP THE TRACK...For the first time ever an American V8 Corvette made the rounds at ZIC....
Here is a short, and long overdue, slideshow of some of the sights we saw while at ZIC. Hopefully, in the near future our video from the trip will be ready to post on the forum.....But, for now....have a look at some of what we saw on our trip....

Burning Brakes
Ah yes, Hong Kong and its unique airy aroma. I could tell immediately what port I was entering just by going topside and getting a wiff of that one-of-a-kind smell from all of the incense, open fires and massive pollution. I love Hong Kong. China Fleet Club, Kowloon, Aberdeen, Macau hydrofoil ride, tattoo parlors, WanChai, Star Ferry, Victoria Peak and the Jumbo floating restaurants. I especially miss Popeye's and the Neptune Club. One of the best places to visit in ASPAC. Looks like you had a great time Chuck.
