Default Diagnose this noise?

Hearing a grinding/scuffing noise from the right front on low speed(parking lot manueveruing) left turns. Wheel bearing maybe?

Check for rubbing issues first.

Do you have cooling ducts rubbing? A wheel bearing will normally start to roar at speed, then when you slalom the car the noise will go away as the bearing is loaded.
