Default Steering rack issues

Have you guys cooked your steering racks. I think I did mine in this weekend at the track. I have oil all over the inside of the drivers front wheel, the wheel well, the lower control arm and spring. It's a '06 Z06 with lots of track miles on it.

What did you do to fix it?

Are you sure you didn't blow the seal on the power steering pump? The oil spray that you describe is what happened when the pumps on my 97 and 03 decided to blow seals. On both of mine I let the warranty cover it.

Degrease the area and put hydraulic dye in PS pump--then look for leaks.
