Not really a system, but mounted to floor with a brey krause mount.

For a full race C4 I have a 2 ½ or 5 lb bottle mounted in center behind the seats, remote pull actuator cable mounted in the vertical area of the console, and two nozzles. One nozzle is near me and one in the engine compartment. Don’t recall what brand or the exact size, and I cannot get that info because the car in shop being prepared for Watkins Glen this weekend.
You did not say whether this was for a racecar or street/HPDE car.
Street/HPDE cars will typically have what PA Z06 responded with, if anything at all. Racecars can range from a hand-held extinguisher to very elaborate systems.

I will run twice a year at the track but with the full cell inches behind me that added safety will go a log ways. I would like one in with me, one by the fuel cell and the other in the engine compartment. Thanks

This is what I use also. Especially important to mount it on the passenger side so I can reach it or a corner worker can, with out removing parts of my body to get to it.

I have a Firecharger system that I like great deal. It's a wet foam system that has three benefits...First, if it has to be discharged, you don't have a car trashed with white powder that gets into every nook and cranny. Second, it isn't bad on the lungs (which Halon is) and last, you can carry a $45 recharge kit to the track so that if you need to recharge it at the track you can.

The most popular system at Watkins Glenn/SVRA was the "FireBottle and SafeCraft. I brought up the Firecharger system and that looks pretty good. CIRE96 which system do you have, push/pull and how many nozzles? The two companies that I have talked with recommend a push type system.

Vstol:
I have the three nozzle Firecharger. As an aside, I put two in the cockput and one under the hood. I figure if it gets firery, I want to protect the pilot first and worry about the underhood stuff second. Anyway, the corner workers will hose it down with dry chem extinguishers anyway if they think it's burning.
